Custom Made Sandals
We will make all effort to make your sandals to the specification you have chosen. However in the event your sandals require a remake or a credit granted within 30 days of receipt where the original order provided the reason for remake or credit fits into one of the following categories:
- Packaging (if packaging damaged the shoes)
- Error
- Damage
- Color (where the color did not match what was stipulated)
- Quality
- Size
- Style incorrect
Remake or credit will not apply if falls under any of the following categories:
- Occasion (shoes not suitable for occasion ordered for)
- Time (where we missed the customer’s deadline, but fulfilled the order
- Dislike
- Cancelled (if the shoes are already in production stages)
- Cut
- Style
- Don’t like
- Worn
READY WEAR PURCHASE
You may return the readymade sandals for the following reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or credit. Refund, replacement or credit will not apply if the sandals are worn or change/damaged by the client in any manner. Any sandals returned after 30 days from date of receipt will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. D’NexStep Sandals and Accessories are not responsible for the return postage and any cost associated with the return of the sandals.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS
D’NexStep Sandals and Accessories Ltd makes every effort to deliver your sandals purchased from the Website according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided. Estimated ship times may vary or change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your sandals have not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your sandals to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, our carrier may leave a card so you can pick-up your sandals from a third party address.
We will make an effort to deliver your sandals to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. To the extent permitted by law, D’NexStep Sandals and Accessories Ltd will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

SHIPPING
Ready wear sandals will be shipped with two days of purchase. Custom sandals will be shipped within 30 days. Actual delivery will be determined on an individual bases. We ship via the Jamaica Postal Service Express mail 3-5 business days to the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Caribbean (Antigua, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, St Lucia, Grand Cayman, Grenada) Other countries, DHL, FEDEX will be used.
Local delivery will be made by TARA or Knutsford Express where available.
